Marcus is responsible for driving the growth of the business through capital and capacity management and reinsurance, as well as through the acquisition of people, teams, and talent. He has 40 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry and has previously held senior positions within the broking sector. Before he co-founded Vault MGA in 2022, he was a Board Director of R K Harrison (later acquired by the Hyperion Group, now Howden) – and before this was Managing Director and Head of Facultative Reinsurance for UK & Europe at Guy Carpenter.

Paul leads the Surety portfolio and is responsible for Vault’s expansion into other business lines. He is an insurance specialist with over three decades of experience in the international surety market. After senior roles at AIG and Liberty, he founded PMG Financial Services in 2001. This became the largest independent surety broker in the UK and one of the largest in Europe. Following the sale to Howden in 2016, he served as Global Head of Surety, leading the group’s worldwide surety operations. Since 2022, he has been CEO and founder of Vault MGA.

Gaj focuses on building Vault MGA’s finance and tech systems, as well as managing the operational side of the business. He is an experienced operations and finance lead, with extensive knowledge and experience in the insurance world. Prior to Vault he worked at Howden as a finance business partner supporting the surety and M&A businesses, and as Finance Change Lead at Credit Suisse. Gaj is a member of CIMA.
